Unsurprisingly, Crooked Timber’s smoked salmon socialism is ignored by this new right-wing Axis of Entrées, despite its manifestly higher quality in all respects. As the appetizers are served, Andrew Sullivan is denied entry and is seen outside the window yelling “Rhodes Scholars! Mega-losers! Curriculum-vitae fetishists!“

And why doesn’t smoked Tasmanian salmon get a look in here?

Smoked salmon quesadillas? This is why I don’t eat Mexican without a sufficient population of undocumented workers in the area.
You’d think that a guy born in Russia could do a better job on ethnic cuisine.
